Chapter Officers

Allison Meyer

President

My position has given me the privilege to represent my sisters across the USI campus on a higher level and work with different people from various organizations. It has helped me improve my leadership, communication, and problem solving skills, truly turning me into an active, self-reliant, and trustworthy person. AST has given me a home away from home, considering I live nearly five hours away in West Chester, Ohio. When I am not doing my engineering homework or fulfilling AST duties, you can find me watching any kind of sports game (preferably baseball or football). FUN FACTS: I donate my hair to Locs of Love (Going on round three!). I am a Kappa Delta Legacy. I played competitive softball for 13 years.

  • Major: Engineering

Amber Rains

Vice President of Operations

I am very excited to be the new VP of Operations to take on the legacy that my Big left in the position before me. I really want to serve my sorority to the best of my ability, and I know this is the best way to do that. I enjoy reading and music, and i am a crazy Disney fan.

  • Major: Radio and Television

Dana Hunt

Vice President of Finance

Becoming a part of Alpha Sigma Tau has definitely been one of the highlights of my college career. Since joining, I have gained more confidence, experienced more love, and gained more friendships than I ever could have imagined. My position has helped me to take initiative at becoming a better leader and pushed me out of my comfort zone in the best way possible. I am grateful for the opportunity to serve on the 2017 executive board and to continue to grow with my sisters in the sorority. FUN FACTS: I am a nursing major with a minor in psychology and health administration. I have played piano since I was eight. I am obsessed with Harry Potter, cats, and Ed Sheeran.

  • Major: Nursing

Samantha Sellers

Vice President of Organization Development

Joining Greek Life has been one of my best decisions I have made in college. I originally joined to find a better academic/social life balance. It has given me much more! Being an AST, we strive for graciousness, respect, intellect, connections, and excellence. These are things I have been able to accomplish with great help from my sisters! I am the third in my Greek Family to take on this position. In this position, my goal is to uphold these values we hold in our hearts daily and show everyone how great it is to be an AST. FUN FACTS: My favorite band is Blink-182. I cook cupcakes on a weekly basis. I collect coffee mugs.

  • Major: Biochemistry

Jacqueline Jarocki

Vice President of Growth

My name is Jacqueline Jarocki and I'm a triple major in Anthropology, German, and International Studies. I hope to one day become a diplomat and help promote US relations. Being in AST has given me the confidence to talk to new people and spread ideas while also working within a greek community. As the VP of Growth I can help promote Greek Life to potential new members and help people find their potential new home while also growing our own chapter to reach its' potential.
